In March, a new system of electronic appeals was presented in the premises of the creative space “GEEK-BUNKER”, which will be aimed at interaction of voters with the deputies of the Kramatorsk City Council.
The presentation was conducted by the mentor of the Technology Nation project Mykyta Ieriomin. He said that the site of petitions to deputies was the result of the work of the BrainBasket Foundation pan-Ukrainian project of the education in basics of programming for free. The e-city.org.ua website was launched by graduates of this course in Kramatorsk. Since the launch of the project in March 2016, over 2000 participants have been enrolled in the program throughout Ukraine.
15 people have been enrolled to the group in Kramatorsk, 6 of them have completed their studies and 4 started work on the project.
The e-city.org.ua website is similar to the site of unified electronic petitions. If the project appears to work, then everyone in Kramatorsk will be able to send a request to a deputy via the Internet. Today, the difficulty lies in the fact that the schedule for admission of deputies is complicated and their time is limited.
In addition to appeals, with the help of the portal, it will be possible to prepare all sorts of documents. The site will contain lists of necessary and popular documents for various operations, as well as forms for downloading.
Also, a map of the districts around the city will be built into the website so that anyone can find out which deputy is in charge of his district.
In Kramatorsk, the first education group of Technology Nation project has started in late 2016, in March this year the second group was released.
