Mykola Royenko joined the Supervisory Board of the BrainBasket Foundation

Mykola Royenko, president of Miratech, joined the Supervisory Board of the BrainBasket Foundation.

“Miratech and I personally take an active role in matters related to corporate social responsibility. In matters of nurturing talent we traditionally cooperate with universities, and now we do focus on the students, because the future belongs to the young and talented specialists. BrainBasket is the right initiative, which in practice contributes to the development of IT-education in Ukraine “, – said Mykola Royenko.

“I am delighted that Mykola Royenko, President of  Miratech, entered the Supervisory Board of the BrainBasket Foundation. We have a serious joint projects are planned for the development of IT education in the schools in Ukraine.”, – said Vladimir Liulka, Director of BrainBasket Foundation.

“I am confident that the Mykola’s vast experience and knowledge will greatly help in the implementation of the Foundation’s ambitious goals”, – he added.

After a highly successful 10-year academic career in IT, Mykola founded Miratech in 1989 and led its progressive development into a major IT company with qualified personnel, international projects, and representation in Europe and the US.
He subsequently served as Miratech’s CEO until December 1999.
Mykola is also a board member of the IT Ukraine Association. He was first elected as President of the IT Ukraine Association in 2004, when the Association was founded, for a year-long term, and was re-elected in 2007 and 2015.
